  • Clay Selection: Heat-resistant and stain-proof ceramic clay suitable for coffee cups is used.

  • Shaping: The cup and saucer are shaped using traditional turning techniques.

  • First Firing (Biscuit Firing): The shaped products are baked at high temperatures.

  • Glazing: The flowing glaze technique is achieved by applying different colored glazes on top of each other and letting them flow during firing. This technique gives each cup a unique pattern.

  • Second Firing (Glaze Firing): Glazed products are fired again at high temperatures.

  • Quality Control: The glaze pattern, colors and surface quality of each cup are checked.
