  • Clay Selection and Preparation: High quality ceramic clay is selected. Vacuumed to remove air bubbles.

  • Shaping: Clay is shaped into a coffee brewing funnel by hand or using a mold. Vertical channels are created inside.

  • First Firing (Biscuit Firing): The shaped piece is baked at high temperature. This process hardens the clay.

  • Glazing: The piece, after the biscuit firing process, is covered with a turquoise glaze. Brown details are left under the glaze or obtained with a special technique.

  • Second Firing (Glaze Firing): The glazed piece is fired again at high temperature. The glaze melts and sticks to the surface at this stage.

  • Control and Quality Assurance: The product is carefully checked after firing.

  • Packaging: The product that passes quality control is carefully packaged and made ready for sale.
